\xc3\x98 Direct and coordinate the activities of all security department \xc3\x98 Conduct regular security patrols of the premises including buildings parking lots and other areas as needed. \xc3\x98 Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter \xc3\x98 Conduct searches of vehicles bags and packages as necessary to prevent unauthorized items from being brought on to the premises \xc3\x98 Monitor and follows proper key controlguidelines with in the property. \xc3\x98 Monitor all the purchase items and bills \xc3\x98 Monitor all the outside Taxi bills \xc3\x98 Respond to the alarms and emergency situations including fires medical emergencies and criminal activities \xc3\x98 Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and breaches \xc3\x98 Ensure that all security equipment is in good working order and report any fault or malfunctions \xc3\x98 Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency service as necessary \xc3\x98 Liaise with all department heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security procedures. \xc3\x98 Provide security awareness training to employees as required \xc3\x98 Be available on call 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies within the property. \xc3\x98 Perform any other duties as required by Management.
