Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor security guards, housekeeping staff, and contract manpower.

Ensure safety and security of company premises, employees, and assets.

Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and access control.

Monitor CCTV, entry/exit points, and patrol activities.

Conduct surprise checks, night rounds, and report security incidents.

Coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency services when required.

Maintain proper records of attendance, visitor logs, and incident reports.

Train and guide security staff for discipline, alertness, and emergency response.

Handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Ex-Serviceman (Army / Navy / Air Force /Police).

Minimum 5 years of experience in security & administration (preferably in industry / corporate).

Strong leadership, discipline, and crisis management skills.

Physically fit and mentally alert.

Good communication and reporting ability.

Age limit: below 50 years

Education:

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
