Job Overview
The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company property. The role includes monitoring the premises, enforcing security rules, and responding promptly to any concerns or incidents. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe and disciplined workplace.
Key Responsibilities
:
Ensuring overall safety and security inside and around the premises
Doing regular rounds and checking all areas
Monitoring CCTV cameras and reporting unusual activities
Managing entry and exit points and checking ID cards
Maintaining a proper visitor log and allowing only authorised people
Responding quickly during emergencies like fire, medical issues, or security concerns
Informing management immediately about incidents or suspicious behaviour
Ensuring safe movement of employees, materials, and goods
Preventing theft, damage, or misconduct
Keeping daily security logs and basic records
Supporting safety drills and routine checks
Qualification & Required Skills
Any Degree / Diploma with experience in security or a similar role (factory/industrial experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of security procedures and CCTV operations.
Good observation skills and alertness.
Ability to stay calm and respond during emergencies.
Basic communication and reporting skills.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
