Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall security personnel, equipment, and daily security operations. Maintain professionalism at all times and coordinate with police, law enforcement & emergency services when required. Organize security-related activities and awareness campaigns on workplace health & safety. Ensure proper implementation of company security protocols and handle incident reporting. Monitor premises, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure safety compliance across facility.

Key Requirements:

Any Graduate with relevant security experience. Strong leadership skills with ability to handle a security team effectively. Physically fit, disciplined, and alert. Excellent communication and decision-making ability. Candidates from Army/Defense background are strongly preferred.
