Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and other security measures to ensure the safety of the premises.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and corrective actions taken.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security management to enhance existing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to security and safety in the precast industry.

Qualifications:

• Graduation with any specialization.
• 12-15 years of experience in security management, preferably in the precast industry.
