A reputed hotel in Bengaluru is hiring Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and supporting overall security operations in line with hotel policies.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor hotel premises through patrolling and surveillance systems.
Control access points and verify entry of staff, guests, and visitors.
Ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and registers.
Coordinate with security supervisors and management as required.
Assist during emergency situations, fire drills, and safety procedures.
Follow hotel SOPs, safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety practices.
Good observation and communication skills.
Alert, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in hotel or commercial security is an advantage; freshers may apply.
