Principal Task: The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. This role involves monitoring premises, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to incidents as they arise. Key Responsibilities: xefx82xb7 To ensure 100% deployment at site with the right talent and reduce attrition. xefx82xb7 To ensure cent statutory and audit compliance xefx82xb7 Judicious deployment of medically fit, experienced and quality (contract) security supervisor, Gunman and Guards as per requirement and keeping in view the financial implications. xefx82xb7 Policy on mobile restriction to be implemented via strict checking at gate. Lists of those authorized to be maintained xefx82xb7 To ensure Restriction on loitering, safe keeping of records and files, timely / advance intimation of leave by security staff, timely arrival for work, and use of exit pass. JOB DESCRIPTION xefx82xb7 To ensure that all scrap is removed post approval of concerned dept. and that ensuring of guard at the time of weighing and loading activities. Proper gate pass will be required for further outward movement. xefx82xb7 To carry out surprise night checking of plant security personnel and premises. xefx82xb7 To ensure S0Ps related to security departments are being followed in letter and spirit. xefx82xb7 To ensure all registers and records maintained by security personnel at the main gate are always updated and maintained. xefx82xb7 To ensure proper frisking at the main gate for mobile phones, tobacco products, company property or any other unwanted foreign object, both during entry and exit from plant premises. xefx82xb7 To extend all possible support administratively and operationally through security and related fields during companies cultural & socials events. To further ensure safe and smooth conducting of events while practicing crowd and movement control, traffic, fire & safety, ambulance etc. xefx82xb7 To monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. xefx82xb7 To respond to incidents and emergencies promptly. xefx82xb7 To conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds. xefx82xb7 To prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities. xefx82xb7 To collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. xefx82xb7 To assist in the development and implementation of security protocols. xefx82xb7 To provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff. xefx82xb7 To participate in training sessions and drills to enhance security awareness. xefx82xb7 To keep a track of general activities within the plant. xefx82xb7 To develop contacts within the factory premises for relevant feedback. JOB DESCRIPTION Qualifications: xefx82xb7 Bachelors in any field, further education in criminal justice or related field preferred. xefx82xb7 Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is a plus. xefx82xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. xefx82xb7 Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. xefx82xb7 Proficient in using security systems and technology. xefx82xb7 Valid security license (if in procession of a weapon). Working Conditions: xefx82xb7 May require standing or walking for extended periods. xefx82xb7 Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. xefx82xb7 Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions.
