Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct induction and on-site training for security personnel.

Train guards on SOPs, emergency protocols, fire safety drills, and client-specific requirements.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Conduct refresher training at regular intervals.

Identify training gaps and implement corrective actions.

Support site audits, surprise checks, and documentation.

Enhance overall security readiness across allocated sites.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in security training (IFM/Security Services preferred).

Strong knowledge of security operations, drills, and SOPs.

Good communication and team-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
