Qualification:

Graduate / Ex-Serviceman / Diploma in Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor site-level security and safety operations. Manage deployment, attendance, and discipline of security guards. Operate and monitor fire alarm systems, hydrants, and firefighting equipment. Ensure all lift operators are trained and safety protocols are followed. Conduct regular

fire drills, rescue training, and emergency evacuation exercises

. Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper access control at gates. Verify entry and exit of materials, vehicles, and visitors as per policy. Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies or incidents. Prepare daily security and safety reports for management. Assist the Security Officer/Admin Department in implementing safety compliance across the site.

Candidate Requirements:

3-6 years of experience

in site security, firefighting, or safety management (preferably in

real estate or construction

projects).

Ex-serviceman/diploma in fire & safety

preferred. Knowledge of

lift operations, fire systems, and rescue procedures

. Strong supervision and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CCTV system operation). Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations.
