The Security Officer will oversee all physical security operations at real estate and construction sites, ensuring protection of personnel, materials, and property. This role is ideal for a retired Army officer with leadership experience Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response procedures Monitor all security personnel and operations across multiple construction sites Conduct risk assessments and site inspections Liaise with law enforcement and local authorities as needed Train and supervise on-ground security staff Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective action * Ensure security compliance with internal policies and local laws
