Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Physical Security Enforcement: Conduct regular patrols, monitor entry/exit points, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Access Control: Manage and verify access permissions for employees, contractors, and visitors; enforce badge and biometric systems.
• Incident Handling: Respond to unauthorized access, theft, or safety violations; document and escalate incidents as per protocol.
• Security Audits: Participate in periodic audits of security infrastructure and practices; recommend improvements.
• Emergency Support: Assist in evacuation drills, fire response, and coordination during plant emergencies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with plant operations, HR, and external security agencies to ensure cohesive security coverage.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree or diploma.
• Experience: 1-4 years in plant security operations, preferably in mining, metals, or hazardous industries.
• Certifications: Industrial Security, Fire Safety, and First Aid certifications are desirable.
• Skills: Genetic Proficient, He should be efficient in handling synergies. Strong observational skills, physical fitness, conflict resolution, and basic report writing.
