Overview

We are hiring a

Security Officer

to ensure the safety and protection of our premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate is alert, disciplined, and experienced in handling security operations.

Job Summary

Ensure safety and security of premises, employees, visitors, and company assets Monitor entry/exit points and permit authorized access Conduct routine patrols to detect suspicious activity Respond to emergencies including fire, medical issues, and unauthorized access Maintain daily security logs, registers, and incident reports Operate CCTV, access control, and communication equipment Enforce security and safety rules across the premises Support management in maintaining a secure environment

Responsibilities

Check and verify employees, visitors, and vehicles at the entry gate Perform security checks of bags, materials, and equipment Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure proper functioning Report unusual or suspicious activity immediately Assist in emergency procedures and evacuation Maintain discipline and support crowd control Coordinate with the security supervisor and management

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) 2-5 years of experience in security Physically fit and alert Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures

Preferred Qualifications

CCTV monitoring experience Fire-fighting knowledge Ex-Army/Police/Home Guard Security training certification

Shift & Working Hours

Day/Night (Rotational) 8-12 hours per shift

Salary

Up to ?20,000 per month
