Incharge of Security Operations. (Candidate from Goa only)

To maintain safety and security across field locations by conducting patrols, monitoring activities, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with company security protocols. The role requires mobility, vigilance, and the ability to operate independently in the field.

Monitor sensitive zones such as storage yards, equipment areas, perimeters, and remote locations. Identify risks, suspicious activities, and security breaches. Verify identity of contractors, visitors, and workers operating in field areas. Check vehicle permits, trip sheets, and movement authorizations. Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted zones. Respond immediately to alarms, accidents, conflicts, or emergencies in the field.
Qualification:

Minimum 10+2 / Diploma (security training or ex-servicemen preferred). Prior experience in industrial / mining security is desirable. Knowledge of access control, patrolling, emergency response, and safety procedures. Good communication skills (local language + basic English/Hindi preferred). Physically fit, disciplined, and alert at all times. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
