We are actively hiring an HNI Security Manager ((Mandatory Travel both Domestic and International) for our client in Chennai.

Qualification Requirements:

7-15 years

total professional security experience.

Minimum

4+ years

in executive protection / close protection of HNIs, celebrities, politicians, diplomats, or senior executives.

Minimum

3+ years

handling

international travel security

and multi-location movement.

At least

2+ years

leading or coordinating a small security team (2-5 personnel).

Required Work Experience

Proven track record providing

24/7 close protection

for high-profile individuals.

Experience in high-pressure public environments: events, shoots, airports, political gatherings.

Hands-on expertise with:

o VIP security protocols & protective formations

o Food safety verification & contamination prevention

o Anti-surveillance and counter-surveillance monitoring

o Behavioral analysis and threat detection

o Managing large crowds and identifying risk indicators

o Crisis management, evacuation planning, and first-response handling

Experience coordinating with:

o Hotel security teams

o Airport/airline security units

o Local law enforcement

o International security vendors

Demonstrated ability to execute

advance checks

Travel everywhere with the HNI, including international trips

Ensure smooth protection at events, shoots, airports, hotels, and public places

B. Food Safety & Consumption Protocol

Approve or reject all food items before consumption

Inspect packaging, handling, and preparation quality

Monitor food/water sources and individuals handling them

Prevent food-related contamination or tampering risk

C. Environment & Crowd Monitoring

Assess crowd size, density, and mood

Identify threats based on behavioral cues

Block or navigate away from unsafe individuals

Ensure HNI's physical space, privacy, and comfort

D. Meeting Room & Visitor Protocol

Inspect items visitors bring into meetings

Detect unauthorized recording devices or suspicious items

Observe micro-behavior and body language for hidden intent

Ensure all items taken inside are removed upon exit

E. Travel & Multi-Team Coordination

Prepare safe travel routes, timing, and environment checks

Coordinate with destination security teams

Secure hotel rooms, exits, cars, and surroundings before HNI enters

Maintain at least

two trained security staff

during travel rotation

Handle issues discreetly without alarming the HNI
