Position Title:

Safety & Security Manager

Reports To:

Property Manager

Po Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency and profitability of the assigned operation, whilst maintaining a high standard of service in accordance with budget.

Key Result Areas:

o Ensure has information on all the locations of the site.

Security

o Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation viz. policy, procedures, SOPs etc. as necessary for all implemented compliances at Godrej Two.

o Conduct Security Awareness training at all levels as per site operation requirement.

o Assist to other functions in conducting risk assessment.

o Maintain the records as required by various compliance implemented at Godrej Two.

o Ensure documentation of audit findings including details of causes, actions taken, tangible and intangible impacts of the incident and overall effectiveness.

o Incorporate key learnings from each incident and from feedback into the plan to ensure continuous improvement of Security.

o End to end documentation of security incidents and breaches, the correction and corrective actions and identification of RCA.

o Ensure closure of audit findings including details of causes, actions taken, tangible and intangible impacts of the incident and overall effectiveness

o Ensure that all the electronic security systems and gadgets should be in good and working condition by coordinating the respective AMC vendors.

o Responsible for MIS/Reporting on established security metrics on a regular basis.
