Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in a technical management or leadership role, preferably in a large corporate or enterprise environment.
Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, BMS, HVAC, Transformers, DG Operations, Solar Pannel operation and project management methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management.

Experience with BMS operations.
Familiarity with building code requirements and scheduling methods (for facilities-focused roles)
