Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, and train security personnel.
Oversee guest, staff, and asset safety across all hotel areas.
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control points.
Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
Manage emergency response procedures (fire, medical, evacuation).
Coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency services when necessary.
Prepare security reports, incident logs, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety and hotel brand standards.
Important Courses / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Security Management, Hotel Management, or Criminology
(preferred).
Certification in
Hotel Security Management
,
Fire and Safety
, or
Industrial Security (CIS)
.
First Aid and Emergency Response
certification.
Training in
Crowd Control, CCTV Operation, and Crisis Management

Prior experience in
hospitality or hotel security
is highly desirable.
