Summary:- - We are seeking an experienced BeyondTrust SME to lead, implement, and manage our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in BeyondTrust solutions, including Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access, and Endpoint Privilege Management, with a strong background in enterprise security and compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: - - Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of BeyondTrust PAM solutions (Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access, Endpoint Privilege Management, Remote Support). - Define and enforce privileged access policies in line with organizational security standards and compliance requirements. - Manage password vaulting, rotation policies, and service account management. - Oversee session management, monitoring, and recording of privileged activities. - Integrate BeyondTrust with enterprise systems including Active Directory, SIEM, IAM, ITSM, and Cloud v platforms. - Develop and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and operational procedures for BeyondTrust. - Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for BeyondTrust-related incidents and issues. - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce least privilege and just-in-time access models. - Conduct knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring for operational teams. - Stay updated on BeyondTrust product enhancements and recommend improvements to maximize platform value. Professional and Technical Skills: - 5-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity, with 5+ years of dedicated BeyondTrust PAM experience. - Strong hands-on expertise in: a. BeyondTrust Password Safe b. Privileged Remote Access (PRA) c. Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) d. Remote Support / Cloud Vault (preferred) - Experience in integration with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong understanding of privileged access controls, compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR), and zero-trust security. - Proven experience in PAM implementation, upgrades, and migrations. - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis for PAM-related issues.
