Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will have to work as part of analysis team handling tunings, adding new detection, customer requests, handling escalations, reporting, trainings. Roles & Responsibilities: o Perform security monitoring by analyzing logs, traffic and alerts generated by variety of device technologies o Research new threats and provide recommendations to enhance detection capabilities o Strong desire for continuous learning on new technologies and being on the trend o Identify opportunities for process improvement Professional & Technical Skills: o Experience in an SOC operations with customer-facing responsibilities o Deep understanding on cyber security fundamentals, security devices, network defense concepts and threat landscape o Hands-on experience in SIEM, threat hunting tools and EDR products o Added advantage working with any SOAR platform o Desirable knowledge in any scripting language o Preferable - GCIA, GCFA, CISSP o Strong customer service and interpersonal skills o Strong problem-solving skills o Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to train and mentor others o Adaptability to accept change Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Accenture MxDR Ops Security Threat Analysis. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - Minimum a bachelor's or a master's degree in addition to regular 15- year full time education
