Summary: As a Security SME , you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will also document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Roles & Responsibilities: o Provide day to day operational support for the Infrastructure Security Management Service. o Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for client issues, should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service delivery signed by the clients. o Major Incident/change handling, incident response and escalation management in a 24x7 environment. o Offer proactive advice on implemented services o To ensure that all agreed communication, notification and escalation processes (internal/external) are delivered e.g. customer updates. o Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. o Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security architecture aligns with business requirements. o Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. o Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: o At least 5+ years of experience in supporting Infrastructure security management solutions o Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Zscaler, Checkpoint and Palo Alto Networks Firewalls o Experience of working in cloud-based network. o Implements security solutions (infrastructure and/or application) including the configuration, deployment of security-related technologies. o Knowledge of general networking technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, DNS/DHCP, Proxy) o Good understanding of Routing/switching fundamentals, In-depth knowledge of network technologies utilized within an Internet/Intranet environment. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Good communication and collaboration skills o Vendor management to support Infrastructure security infrastructure o Handle troubleshooting and diagnosis to find root cause of incident o Flexibility to work in shifts and provide after-work hours and weekend on-call support as and when required. o Team building Additional Information: - 5+ years of experience in supporting Infrastructure security management solutions - This position is based at our Gurugram, Bangalore office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
