Job Summary:

The Security In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations of the Nexa showroom. This includes ensuring the safety and security of the premises, vehicles, staff, and customers. The candidate must stay back daily after showroom hours to supervise closing procedures and maintain security until the premises are fully secured.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all security personnel and ensure proper duty allocation and discipline. Monitor CCTV systems, entry/exit points, and overall security operations of the showroom. Ensure vehicles, keys, and customer property are properly secured after business hours. Conduct end-of-day security checks and lock-up procedures. Stay back daily after office hours until the premises are completely secured. Maintain visitor logs, incident reports, and daily security reports. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments of the premises. Train security staff on emergency response, safety protocols, and customer interaction. Handle and resolve any security breaches or incidents promptly.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday:

As per showroom timings (must stay back after closing for security duties).

Sunday:

Weekly off.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in automotive showrooms or retail establishments. Ex-servicemen or candidates with a background in security management preferred. Strong leadership, observation, and communication skills. Knowledge of CCTV operation, security equipment, and emergency procedures. Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
