Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and managing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the manufacturing facility
• Leading and supervising a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Conducting regular security risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
• Monitoring security operations, including CCTV surveillance, access control, and alarm systems
• Investigating security incidents, preparing reports, and recommending preventive actions
• Managing relationships with external security agencies and law enforcement authorities
• Participating in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for any security threats

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Additional certifications in security management or law enforcement are a plus
• Any Degree.
