Security Operations
To manage the shift operation.
Deployment of GHPL and Outsource security staff.
To ensure regulated flow of attendants / VIP / visitor's staff, vendors and contractual labor.
Handling of MLC and operation of Mortuary.
To ensure the smooth functioning of the parking management.
To carry out investigations
Implementation of Emergency response system.
Check of NRGP and RGP
Ensure that firefighting equipment is in place and ready for use in case of emergency.
Ensure the security and safety of the hospital and report all damage to maintenance department.
Patrolling of the perimeter and check of the guards / discipline / turnout / attendance
Handling and issue of keys
Handling of CCTV
Loss & prevention
Coordinate with other departments
Timely reporting of all incidents to security manager and HOD.
Preparing and maintain all documentation.
Conduct shift brief on regular basis.
Implementing all security procedures on ground.
Liaison without side agencies as and when required.
