Overall responsibility of Security & Secure the company premises
Oversee protection of premises, employees, visitors, and physical assets
Recruit, train, and supervise security staff
implement the organization's overall security strategy and policies
Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks, and monitor performance of team
Ensure security personnel follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor threat intelligence and emerging security risks.
