Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage and oversee security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement to address security threats and incidents.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, and respond to security breaches and emergencies.
• Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrol activities, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and alignment with company policies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging security threats, and technological advancements in security systems.
• Provide security awareness training to employees and promote a culture of safety and vigilance within the organization.

Qualifications:
12-20 years of experience in security management within the manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
