Job Description

:
1. Security Operations & Surveillance
Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple real estate sites.
Ensure effective deployment, supervision, and performance monitoring of all security personnel.
Maintain oversight of CCTV, access control, ANPR, fire alarm systems, and other security infrastructure.
Implement and enforce security SOPs tailored to commercial, residential, and retail environments.
2. Crisis, Risk & Emergency Management
Develop and lead crisis management protocols for fire, medical emergencies, natural disasters, and security threats.
Conduct periodic risk assessments, vulnerability studies, and building safety audits.
Coordinate with police, fire departments, and government agencies during emergencies.
3. Incident Management & Compliance
Ensure timely incident/accident reporting, investigations, and corrective action implementation.
Maintain compliance with state fire safety norms, building codes, and statutory regulations.
Ensure documentation, registers, logs, and audit records are updated and maintained for inspections.
4. Team Leadership & Vendor Control
Manage in-house and outsourced security teams, ensuring proper grooming, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
Conduct training programs covering fire safety, evacuation drills, conflict handling, and customer service.
Monitor third-party agencies, evaluate performance, and ensure SLA compliance.
5. Tenant, Visitor & Stakeholder Management
Ensure smooth visitor management and access control for tenants, residents, clients, and vendors.
Resolve escalations related to security concerns, parking, crowd control, and material movement.
Maintain strong coordination with facility management, housekeeping, engineering, and leasing teams.
6. Asset Protection & Material Control
Monitor material movement, gate passes, loading/unloading, and parking operations.
Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access through strict control systems.
Conduct surprise audits and ensure timely investigation of discrepancies.
7. Security Technology & Infrastructure Improvement
Evaluate new technologies to enhance security (IoT sensors, advanced CCTV, AI-based surveillance, alarm systems).
Ensure maintenance and annual audits of all security equipment.
Recommend upgrades to improve safety and operational efficiency.
