Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor store premises through physical patrols and CCTV surveillance Control entry and exit of customers, staff, and vendors Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access Handle emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, or disturbances Conduct bag and body checks as per company policy Maintain daily security registers and incident reports Coordinate with store management during security issues Assist customers and staff during emergencies Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols at all times

Age:

21 to 40 years

Education:

Minimum 8th pass / 10th pass preferred

Experience:

Freshers or minimum 1 year of security experience preferred

Physical Fitness:

Medically fit

Background:

No criminal record

Skills Required:

Alertness and observation skills Discipline and honesty Basic communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Customer-friendly behavior

Duty Hours:

9 hours per shift Day shift Weekly off as per roster
