Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas through regular patrols and surveillance systems.
Control access to the premises and verify visitor credentials as needed.
Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
Maintain detailed and accurate security logs, reports, and records.
Assist with crowd management, patient guidance, and emergency evacuation support.
Coordinate with hospital administration and emergency services when required.
Qualifications:
Previous security experience; healthcare security experience is an advantage.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Familiarity with basic security protocols, emergency response, and incident reporting.
Professional, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
