Altruist Business Hotel is looking for a responsible and experienced

Security Guard

to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role, with a strong sense of discipline and alertness.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence Prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity Report any suspicious behaviors or incidents to the management Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances Maintain security logs and write reports as needed Ensure the safety of guests and hotel staff at all times Assist in emergency situations (fire, evacuation, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a security role Physically fit and alert Basic knowledge of security operations and safety practices Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Honest, trustworthy, and responsible attitude Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
