Job Description

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, personnel, and assets. This includes monitoring premises, controlling access, preventing unauthorized entry, and responding to incidents or emergencies as per protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish security presence. Check surveillance cameras and alarm systems periodically. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity immediately. Report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons. Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports. Ensure proper locking of doors, gates, and windows during off hours. Assist during evacuation procedures and emergency drills. Comply with legal requirements and company security policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th/12th standard pass. Prior experience in security or military/police background preferred. Physically fit and alert at all times. Basic knowledge of security equipment (e.g., CCTV, metal detectors). Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
