Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization's premises, staff, visitors, and property. The role includes monitoring, patrolling, and preventing unauthorized access or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches Ensure proper functioning of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access controls) Prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized activities Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents Coordinate with management and law enforcement when required Maintain discipline and follow company security protocols Assist staff and visitors when needed
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification as per company policy Previous experience as a Security Guard preferred Physically fit and alert Good observation and communication skills Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends Basic knowledge of safety procedures

Age: 45 to 50 yrs

Experience: 0-3 yrs
