Job Title:

Security Guard / Security Supervisor

Salary Range:

?16,000 - ?20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Security Guard / Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be alert, disciplined, and capable of managing security operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities. Supervise and coordinate duties of security guards during shifts (for Supervisor role). Check ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain entry/exit records. Ensure CCTV systems and alarm systems are functioning properly. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities. Maintain daily security logs and incident reports. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Support in emergency evacuations and fire safety drills. Coordinate with management for any security-related concerns or improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SSLC / HSC (preferred). Previous experience in security operations (supervisory experience preferred for supervisor role). Physically fit and alert at all times. Good communication and observation skills. Ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly and effectively.
