Maintain visitor and vehicle entry records.
Conduct regular patrolling and monitor CCTV.
Ensure safety and respond to emergencies promptly.
Control parking and vehicle movement.
Enforce society rules politely and firmly.
Report incidents immediately to management/RWA.
Remain alert, disciplined, and courteous on duty.
