Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles as per SOP. Maintain visitor registers, gate registers, and vehicle movement records. Conduct regular patrolling of plant premises and report any suspicious activity. Monitor CCTV cameras and report any security breaches. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and GMP requirements. Assist during emergencies such as fire, accident, or unauthorized entry. Follow company security SOPs and instructions from security supervisor/management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred). Prior experience as Security Guard in Pharma/Manufacturing plant preferred. Physically fit and alert. Knowledge of basic security procedures and gate management. Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel will be preferred. Willingness to work in shifts (day/night).

Skills Required:

Good observation and vigilance skills. Basic communication skills. Discipline and integrity. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
