Job Summary:

We are looking for a

reliable and disciplined Security Guard

to ensure the safety and security of our company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate should be vigilant, physically fit, and capable of managing security operations during shifts.

Food and accommodation facilities will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control

entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles

at the main gate. Conduct

routine security checks

across the premises during duty hours. Ensure

visitor pass, material gate pass, and logbook entries

are properly maintained. Report any

suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards

immediately to the Security Supervisor. Check and verify

incoming and outgoing materials

as per gate pass authorization. Maintain

shift duty records

, handover reports, and attendance registers. Support during

emergency situations

(fire, accident, etc.) and follow safety protocols. Ensure

discipline and compliance

with company security policies. Coordinate with transport, admin, and HR departments for daily operational support. Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the security cabin and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.

Experience:

1-3 in Hotel & Hospitality(freshers can apply).

Skills:

Alertness and quick response. Ability to handle visitors and staff politely. Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.

Working Conditions:

Shifts:

Rotational (A / B / C or 12-hour shifts).

Food & Accommodation:

Provided by the company.

Uniform:

Company-issued. Must be willing to work weekends and night shifts when required.
