. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. The role requires alertness, good communication, and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
:
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.
Prevent unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity immediately.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points; ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Write daily reports and record observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Assist in emergency situations like fire, medical emergencies, or evacuations.
Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required.
Requirements
:
Minimum education: 8th/10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
Prior experience in security or defense services is an advantage.
Good physical condition; ability to stand for long hours and handle emergency situations.
Basic understanding of security equipment and surveillance systems (CCTV, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred
:
Ex-servicemen / retired police or armed forces personnel.
Training certification in fire safety or first aid.
Local candidates preferred or those familiar with the Bhubaneswar area.

:
Morning / Evening (Rotational or Fixed based on requirement)
Salary
: ₹9,000 - ?15,000 per month (depending on experience and shift)
