Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises. Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure security and detect any signs of intrusion or unusual activity. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Operate security systems including CCTV, fire alarms, and emergency communication equipment. Provide detailed written reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuations. Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security. Ensure all security and safety equipment is properly maintained and functional. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven work experience as a Security Guide or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina to perform patrols and respond to emergencies. Valid security license or certification (as per local laws/regulations). Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
