Job Title:

Security Guard (NCC Certified Candidate Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

disciplined, alert, and responsible Security Guard (NCC Certified)

to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation skills, quick decision-making ability, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining order and preventing security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Ensure all security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) are functioning properly. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances. Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and visitor records. Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety procedures. Coordinate with management and law enforcement authorities when necessary. Support fire safety drills, emergency evacuation, and first-aid situations.

Required Qualifications:

NCC Certified (Mandatory).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in security services (preferred). Physically fit and mentally alert. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly and effectively. Basic knowledge of security equipment operation (CCTV, access control, etc.).

Education:

Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent. NCC Certification (Required).

Preferred Candidates:

Ex-servicemen or candidates with defense/security background. NCC 'C' Certificate holders will be given priority.
