: Routinely patrol all areas (guest rooms, corridors, parking, back-of-house) and monitor CCTV for hazards, suspicious activity, and breaches.
Access Control
: Manage entry/exit points, verify IDs, and control access to restricted areas to prevent unauthorized entry.
Incident Response
: Act as first responders to emergencies (medical, fire, theft, altercations), implement evacuation plans, and provide basic first aid if trained (CPR).
Guest & Staff Assistance
: Help guests with concerns, directions, lost items, and provide a welcoming presence, while also assisting staff with security matters.
Reporting
: Investigate and document all incidents (theft, injury, disturbances) in detailed reports, logging security activities.
Maintaining Order
: Address disturbances, remove unwanted guests, and ensure security at special events and functions.
Enforcing Policy
: Uphold hotel rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Emergency Preparedness
: Know and implement emergency procedures, coordinating with external emergency services when needed.
