Controlled entry and exit points, checking IDs, logging visitors, and enforcing security policies. Reported daily activity, incidents, and irregularities using written logs and incident reports. Provided customer service by assisting residents, employees, or visitors with directions and inquiries. Worked night shifts and weekends, showing reliability and strong work ethic. Maintained a professional and composed presence, using communication and de-escalation skills effectively.
