Overview: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Security Guards. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Duties: - Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities - Conduct regular security checks of premises to ensure safety and security - Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to monitor activities - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Provide assistance and support to customers, employees, and visitors - Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety - Perform access control duties by verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises - Conduct searches for prohibited items as necessary - Report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required Skills: - Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques - Experience in law enforcement or security is preferred - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus - Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary - Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and practices - Strong attention to detail and observation skills Requirements: - Must possess a valid Security Guard license/certificate (if applicable) - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be at least 18 years old - Physical fitness may be required for certain assignments We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
