About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave

is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

highly skilled

and disciplined Security Guard with a

minimum of 2-3 years' experience

to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates who are

retired police, army, or other armed forces personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven track record in security and safety management. Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas regularly Control access points to prevent unauthorized entry Conduct routine inspections of premises to detect and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents Enforce company policies and security protocols consistently and professionally Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and logs Assist visitors and employees while ensuring adherence to security guidelines Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay updated on safety procedures Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security services. Preference for retired police, army, or other armed forces personnel. Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods. Basic computer skills for reporting and communication (preferred).
