Ensure
security of guests, staff, and property
Monitor entry and exit of guests and visitors
Maintain
night vigilance
of the premises
Prevent unauthorized access or disturbances
Assist with
late-night check-ins/check-outs
(basic support)
Coordinate with Property Coordinator in case of issues
Handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly
Ensure quiet hours and guest discipline at night
Report maintenance, safety, or suspicious issues immediately
Maintain a basic
daily log / night register
Requirements
Prior experience as a
security guard
preferred
Physically fit and alert during night hours
Basic communication skills (Malayalam mandatory, English basic preferred)
Ability to handle guests politely and firmly
No alcohol or substance use during duty
Willingness to stay on-site if accommodation is provided
Ex-servicemen or trained guards will be given preference
