Job Description

Monitoring

: Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV,parking areas

Access Control

: Manage entry points, ensuring authorized access and maintaining visitor logs.All log books should be filled

Emergency Response

: Respond to emergencies, assist in evacuations, and coordinate with authorities.

Assistance

: Provide support to residents,Control the facilities time to time as per facility coordinator instruction

Incident Reporting

: Document incidents in daily logs and prepare reports on irregularities.

Visitor Management

: Screen visitors and ensure compliance with facility policies.

Health and Safety

: Ensure compliance with safety protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
