We are hiring a Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to start their career in security.
Qualifications and Skills
Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
Qualification- 10th
Strong observation and surveillance skills
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors
Monitor the premises through CCTV cameras and regular patrols
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
Maintain a professional and alert presence at all times
Inspect and control access points, preventing unauthorized entry
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order
Handle any conflicts or disturbances with tact and diplomacy
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with local authorities, if necessary
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills
