Key Responsibilities:
Safeguard property, people, and assets at the assigned site
Manage entry/exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
Maintain proper log-book entries (visitor details, material in/out, shift reports)
Operate security application / mobile app for visitor management
Check ID cards, bags, and conduct basic security checks
Respond quickly to emergencies and report incidents
Follow company rules, discipline, and maintain a professional attitude
Assist guests and guide them politely when needed
Required Skills & Qualities:
Ability to read/write basic entries in English/Hindi/Gujarati
Knowledge of mobile applications (visitor entry app, WhatsApp, etc.)
Good communication and guest-handling skills
Alert, disciplined, and physically fit
Ability to manage situations calmly and responsibly
