Act quickly in emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches.
Contact and coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance).
Maintain daily activity logs.
Write detailed incident reports.
Report suspicious activity or safety hazards to management.
Provide assistance to visitors, employees, or residents.
Offer directions and answer questions courteously.
De-escalate tense situations or disputes.
Detain suspects when necessary (within legal limits) until authorities arrive.
Conduct routine patrols on foot or by vehicle.
Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are secure.
Look for potential security or safety risks.
