A Beach Resort in Mandarmani managed by Garden Retrear Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd, looking for Smart, Active, Sincere & Physically fit security guard.

security guard's job is to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and Resort property. They patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, control access points, and respond to emergencies. Their role involves a range of duties, from patrolling and access control to responding to incidents and assisting guests. Here's a more detailed look at a Resort security guard's responsibilities:

Key Duties:

Patrolling and Surveillance:

Regularly walk the premises, including parking areas, to deter crime and ensure a safe environment.

Access Control:

Manage entry and exit of guests, employees, and visitors, verifying identification or passes.

Surveillance Monitoring:

Watch security cameras for suspicious activity and report any issues.

Incident Response:

Respond promptly to alarms, distress calls, and emergency situations.

Guest Assistance:

Provide directions, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any needs.

Reporting and Documentation:

Accurately record incidents, fill out security logs, and prepare incident reports.

Loss Prevention:

Identify and report any potential threats to property and assist in preventing theft or damage.

Conflict Resolution:

De-escalate conflicts between guests or between guests and staff.

Emergency Response:

Often the first responders in emergencies like fires, medical situations, or security threats.

Enforcing Policies:

Ensure adherence to hotel rules and regulations.

Maintaining a Safe Environment:

Contribute to a positive and safe atmosphere for all guests and employees.

Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
