Job Description

oles and Responsibilities - Hospital Security Guard

Ensure the

safety and security of patients, visitors, doctors, and hospital staff

at all times Control

entry and exit points

of the hospital and monitor visitor movement Verify

visitor passes, staff ID cards, and vehicle permissions

Maintain order in

OPD areas, wards, emergency department, ICU, and waiting areas

Prevent

unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or misuse of hospital property

Respond promptly to

emergency situations

such as accidents, fire alerts, violence, or security threats Assist hospital staff during

patient transfer, emergencies, and crowd control

Handle

conflict situations

calmly and report incidents to hospital authorities Conduct

regular security patrols

inside and outside hospital premises Monitor

CCTV cameras

and report any suspicious activity Ensure compliance with

hospital policies, safety rules, and NABH guidelines

Coordinate with

local police, fire department, or emergency services

when required Maintain

security logs, incident reports, and visitor records

Support hospital administration during

VIP visits, disasters, or mass casualty incidents

Enforce

parking rules and traffic control

within hospital premises
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
