Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling & Observation: Regularly patrol assigned areas (foot, vehicle) to detect and deter crime, noting any hazards or rule breaches.
• Access Control: Monitor and authorize entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles, issuing passes and logging details.

• Surveillance: Operate CCTV, monitor feeds, and review footage for suspicious behavior or incidents.

• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, fires, medical issues, or threats, assessing situations and calling appropriate authorities (police, fire, EMS).

• Reporting: Write detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and security reports.

• Enforcement: Address and report violations of company policies and building rules.

• Customer Service: Provide directions, assistance, and information to visitors and employees.
